On Monday I attended the awards ceremony for Studio East at the site of the new Westfield and I won! Here is me collecting my award from Tom Dixon and Elle Decoration editor-in-chief Michelle Ogundehin.

I have recently discovered that I have been shortlisted to win a commission to design pendant lighting for the new Westfield in Stratford as part of a scheme called Studio East. British designer Tom Dixon and Elle Decoration editor Michelle Ogundehin are shortlisting the talent and the winner will be announced June 14th. The event will be held at a new pop up restaurant run by Bistroteque on the roof of the Westfield site in Stratford. Other panelists include Mary Portas, Tracey Emin, Tony chambers, Erin O'Connor and Roland Mouret.....exciting stuff
